Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Seller’s Identity

These general terms and conditions of sale are offered by Daniel DOS SANTOS PESSOA, a sole proprietor (EI), operating under the trade name DDP SALES and running the NEXDRIVE store.

2. Purpose and Scope

These terms govern sales of products offered on the NEXDRIVE store to consumers. Any order constitutes acceptance of these terms in the version applicable at the time the order is placed.

3. Products

The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the product pages. Customers must review this information before placing an order, particularly compatibility information where relevant.

4. Prices

The applicable prices are those displayed on the website at the time the order is placed, in euros. Any applicable delivery charges and the total amount payable are shown to the customer before the order is definitively confirmed.

5. Orders

The customer selects the desired products and options, then reviews the order summary before confirming it. The order becomes final after payment has been confirmed, subject to any checks carried out by the payment service provider.

6. Payment

Payment is made using the methods offered at checkout. Payments are processed by the payment service providers available on the Shopify store.

7. Delivery

The applicable delivery times and methods are indicated on the product page and/or at the time the order is placed. The seller remains responsible for the proper performance of delivery until the product is handed over to the consumer, under the conditions provided by law.

8. Right of Withdrawal

For distance sales subject to the right of withdrawal, consumers have a statutory period of fourteen days from receipt of the goods to notify the seller of their decision to withdraw, without having to provide a reason.

The request may be sent to contact.nexdrive@gmail.com, specifying the order number and the products concerned. The product must then be returned within the applicable statutory period.

To be confirmed before publication: allocation of direct return costs between the customer and the seller.

9. Legal Guarantees

The products benefit from the applicable legal guarantees, including the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, under the conditions provided by French law.

12. Consumer Mediation

13. Applicable Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by French law, subject to mandatory protective provisions applicable to consumers in their country of residence where applicable.
